swap value is approved, the value is applied toward your new device and
you pay the remaining difference.
Is the swap value final before inspection?
No. Any value discussed before inspection is an estimate. Final value
depends on the phone's actual condition, battery health, functionality,
repair history, changed parts, and other relevant checks.
Do changed parts affect my swap value?
Yes. Changed screens, batteries, cameras, back glass, charging components,
biometric components, and other repairs are considered during assessment.
Do your phones come with warranty?
Yes. Eligible phones purchased through GOB Electronics include warranty
support under the applicable warranty terms.
Do you deliver across The Gambia?
Yes. Eligible orders are delivered nationwide through GOBEXPRESS
and GOB Delivery.
I live abroad. May I order for someone in The Gambia?
